Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Guidry transformed Harvey Gulf from an inland and offshore towing vessel operator to the preferred provider of OSV, MPSV and FSV services in the deepwater and ultra-deepwater offshore oil and gas industry in the Gulf of America. This has included leading the company to become the first owner and operator of LNG-powered OSVs in the United States, as well as the first operator of an LNG bunkering facility in the U.S.
President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Gwinn joined Harvey Gulf in 1978 and was appointed President in 2008. His responsibilities include leading the Company's sales and marketing effort as well as assisting with the administrative duties for the Company's day-to-day operations. He is the prime contact for oil and gas companies and drilling contractors desiring Harvey Gulf's services.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Guidry's journey at Harvey Gulf began in 2015, marking the fourth generation of his family's dedication to our company. As COO, he oversees and optimizes the company's day-to-day operations to ensure minimal downtime while achieving operational excellence across logistics, safety, purchasing, finance, personnel, and vessel operations.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Henderson joined Harvey Gulf in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. His duties include the day-to-day management of finance, treasury and accounting functions, interaction with analysts, bankers, and credit rating agencies, and ultimate responsibility for the Company's financial statements.
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Vosbein joined Harvey Gulf in March 2007. In addition to the traditional role of General Counsel, his duties have included management of employee benefit plans, insurance procurement, human resources administration, marketing, and corporate, regulatory, and customer compliance.
Executive Vice President, HSSE and Personnel
With over 27 years' experience in oilfield/maritime QHSSE, Mr. Autin has been successful in transforming the QHSSE Department by developing and implementing programs that focus on risk-based analysis and employee incentives. He also manages Human Resources and Personnel for operations and vessel crews.
Executive Vice President, Logistics
Mr. Falgout joined Harvey Gulf in 2016 and supports Harvey Gulf's clients' day-to-day communications along with sales and logistics departments to best serve their client base across global major and supermajor oil and gas companies.
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
Mr. Sharp joined Harvey Gulf in 2018, bringing over thirty years of experience in project management, marine construction, and supply chain management. He oversees purchasing and warehouse departments for vessel support operations in the U.S. Gulf of America and abroad.
