Harvey Gulf is well-known for operating the most powerful Ocean Towing Vessels ("OTVs") in the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to having superior power, all of our OTVs are certified by ABS as Classed for Ocean Towing Service, not just Loadline certified like many of our competitors' vessels. Our OTVs are also distinguished by their specialized safety equipment, such as shark jaws, kort nozzles and bow thrusters.
